Beaufort House and Courtyard Cottages Rates
In high season (1st May-30th September & Christmas/New Year/Easter) our bookings are for 7 nights (Saturday-Saturday) although 5 night bookings are sometimes taken provided they do not cross a consecutive Friday and Saturday.
At other times we have a four night minimum booking.
Weekly Rates
Beaufort House: €8,800
4 bed Cottage: €2,200
3 bed Cottage: €1,700
2 bed Cottages: €1,350 per week each
Everything: €15,400
Nightly Rates
Beaufort House: €1,300 per night
4 bed Cottage: €320 per night
3 bed Cottage: €250 per night
2 bed Cottages: €200 per night
Everything: €2,270
Rates include everything except utilities which are metered and charged at cost.
For larger parties we reserve the right to charge a damage deposit of €2,000, refundable in full on departure provided no major damage is caused.
All prices are in € euros.
Terms & Conditions
Occupancy
The Main House and Laune Cottage both sleep a maximum of 8 people, Flesk sleeps 6 and the two 2 bedroom cottages both sleep 4. This occupancy cannot normally be exceeded although we do have two extra children’s beds and two cribs which are available on a first come first served basis.
In order to confirm bookings we request a deposit of 33% of the rental rate.
The balance of the rental is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer.
Unless otherwise specifically agreed deposits are nonrefundable, unless we relet the property.
We should be able to do this given sufficient notice but cannot guarantee to do so and would advise clients to have suitable insurance.
