Beaufort House and Courtyard Cottages Rates
In high season (June-September) our bookings are for 7 nights (Saturday-Saturday) although 5 night bookings are sometimes taken provided they do not cross a consecutive Friday and Saturday.
At other times we have a three day minimum booking.
High Season
(1st June-30th September & Christmas/New Year)

Beaufort House: €7,000
4 bed Cottage: €1600
3 bed Cottage: €1200
2 bed Cottages: €975 per week each
Nightly Rates
Beaufort House: €1,000 per night
4 bed Cottage: €230 per night
3 bed Cottage: €175 per night
2 bed Cottages: €140 per night
Low Season
(1st October-31st May excluding Christmas/New Year)

Nightly Rates
Beaufort House: €900 per night
4 bed Cottage: €200 per night
3 bed Cottage: €160 per night
2 bed Cottages: €135 per night
Rates include everything except utilities which are metered and charged at cost.
Rates for the House include a Housekeeping service on alternate weekdays. Additional cleaning can be arranged as required as an extra.
For larger parties we reserve the right to charge a damage deposit of €2,000, refundable in full on departure provided no major damage is caused.
All prices are in € euros.
Terms & Conditions
Occupancy
The Main House and Laune Cottage both sleep a maximum of 8 people, Flesk sleeps 6 and the two 2 bedroom cottages both sleep 4. This occupancy cannot normally be exceeded although we do have two extra children’s beds and two cribs which are available on a first come first served basis.
Value for Money
Our rates offer excellent value for money. 30 people staying for a week in the House and Cottages cost on average just under €55 euros per person per night or €110 euros per room per night – the average cost of a hotel room in Killarney is €78 euros per person per night or €156 euros per room.
Rental rate for just the House works out at about €125 euros per person per night or €250 euros per room per night against a Killarney 4 star hotel room average of €165 euros per person/ €330 euros per room. We offer not only luxurious rooms but the privacy of a Country House.
In order to confirm reservations we request a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost. This deposit is non refundable unless we re let the property and although we may well be able to do this given sufficient notice we cannot guarantee to do so and would urge clients to make sure that they have suitable insurance.
The 50% balance is payable 30 days before the arrival date.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Bank to Bank transfer.
